The Nuage Romper is a skirt/short combination with a scalloped neckline on the front and back. This model is adjusted at the bust, and the waist is marked by a belt.

• To create precise scallops, use a stiff fabric like cotton poplin, linen, or even chambray. You can also use a drapey fabric like viscose; in this case, make sure to use a fusible interfacing that is a bit firmer to reinforce the scallops.
